Bulldog Wanna Be's

Milu's Fantasies Briarros
Rosie

born: October 10, 1990. New Jersey
Died: August 8, 2002, New Jersey
Sire: CH. Milu's Domino Tiger Eye
Dam: Milu's The Grand Marquessa

Rosie came to us from Milu Chows - Michele and Lou Klein.
I was interested in these unusual dogs and wanted one to show in addition to the bulldog. We waited for over a year forthe right little girl to be born. Rosie is shown hanging out with her best friend - Ariel. These two were inseparable - they went to shows together - they did everything together. Rosie over time actually
believed she was a bulldog.
When we had bully puppies, Rosie used to like to make us think she didn't want anything to do with them. But when she thought we weren't looking she would egg them on to chase her.
When we would have company Rosie would be right there at the gate waiting for the people to pet her. she was an A-Typical Chow indeed and we loved her dearly.
She was put sleep at alomost 12 years old due to an inoperable tumor that was just consuming her.

Rosie & Ariel practicing for the show ring.

Rosie just loved to curl up in the donut bed and snooze - usually it was with a bulldog.

Think we can all squeeze thru the door together.

Rosie was a very patient chow - you could dress her up and she didn't mind one bit.

Another of Rosies pals was Snowy - they loved
each other very much - as you can see by this
cozy nap they are taking at the top of the stairs
to the second floor of my townhouse when we
lived in Hillsborough, NJ.

Tzara Wild
Tess
born: April 22. 2002
rescued: June 2, 2005

Tess raced at the Connecticut Race Track that was shut down.
During her career she ran 81 races at the Connecticut and New Hampshire

Greyhound racing tracks.
Of Tess' 81 races,
she finished 1st place 9 times, 2nd place 12 times
and 3rd place 12 times.

Tess has joined the Fantasies Family and is fitting in quite nicely
She absolutely loves Maynard and tolerates the other girls.
She still likes to run so we are looking into entering her in
Lure Coursing events in the future.
If you ever get the opportunity to rescue one of these fine animals -
it is a rewarding experience.

Tess and Maynard seem to be attached at the hip. They tend to hang together all the time and she has a need to be in physical contact with him whenever they are at rest.
Meet Klyde
Klyde belonged to my brother. I adopted him for various reasons. He spent 2 years at Fantasies Bulldogs till he had to be put to sleep due to severe arthritis that was not responding to medication.
